Customer Reviews
Reliable for Humidor Parts
I've bought from Elegant Bar a few times now, mostly for parts and accessories. This last order was for a couple of Humidification Reservoirs and some HEPA Filters for my Commercial Smoke Eater. Just like before, everything was in stock and shipped fast. They're consistent with their product descriptions and delivery times. I keep coming back because I know I'll get what I ordered without any fuss.
Decent Smoke Eater, minor shipping issue
I purchased a Wall Mounted Smoke Eater for my home lounge. The unit itself is very effective and has made a noticeable difference in air quality, which I'm very happy with. The installation instructions were clear enough. However, the delivery company seemed to have mishandled the box a bit; there was a small dent on one side of the casing, though it didn't affect the function. Customer service was helpful when I called about it, offering a partial credit. While the product is great, perhaps they could use sturdier packaging for larger items.
Love my new Ashtray!
I just got a new Ashtray and I love it! It's super sturdy and looks fantastic on my patio. It arrived so quickly too! I'm definitely going to shop here again when I need more accessories. Highly recommend!
Solid Cabinet Humidor
I ordered a large Cabinet Humidor during their warehouse sale. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed quickly. Delivery took about 7 days to reach my location in Florida, which was within the timeframe they estimated. The humidor arrived well-packaged, no damage at all. Assembly was minimal, mostly just placing the Spanish Cedar Shelving inserts. The humidification system that came with it was easy to set up and seems to hold the humidity consistently. I've been monitoring it with my own hygrometer and it's been stable. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about the pre-calibration, they got back to me the same day. Overall, a good experience and the quality of the humidor feels very professional.
Good deal on a Desktop Humidor
I was looking for a decent Desktop Humidor and found one on sale here. The price was competitive, especially with the 'free shipping on humidors' offer. I compared it with a few other sites and this was the best value. It arrived quickly and was exactly as described. For a first-time buyer, I felt I got a good deal and the purchase was worth it for the quality.
Quick delivery, good product
Ordered some Cigar Cutters. They arrived in 3 days. Products were as described. Satisfied with the purchase.

Anyone know if they offer installation for the big smoke eaters? The wall-mounted ones look tricky.
Thinking about getting a walk-in humidor, but I'm worried about the shipping. How do they handle something that big?
Are the custom cigar lockers actually made from solid Spanish Cedar or is it just a veneer?
hey, trying to figure out if there are any promo codes floating around for commercial smoke eaters? seems like a big purchase.
